Washington state sets the maximum notarization fee. Our per-signature rates are straightforward.

Additional fees for specialized visits, priority service, and add-on services. These are in addition to standard notarization and travel fees.

Hospital & Facility Visit +$50 Hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, jails

Priority 1-Hour Response +$75 Guaranteed arrival within 60 minutes

Witness Service +$25 Serve as witness in addition to notarization

Extended Wait Time +$25 Hospital/facility delays beyond 30 minutes

Additional Signer +$15 Each person beyond the first who needs ID verification

Document Printing +$1 We bring a portable printer. Minimum $10.

Pricing Examples

Standard visit — Gig Harbor, 3 signatures:

$50 travel + $45 (3 × $15) = $95 total

Hospital visit — St. Anthony Hospital, evening, 2 signatures:

$50 travel + $30 (2 × $15) + $50 facility + $40 evening = $170 total

Emergency hospital — Tacoma, late night, priority 1-hour response:

$85 travel + $15 (1 sig) + $50 facility + $75 late night + $75 priority = $300 total

Surcharges stack. All fees are disclosed before we leave so there are never surprises.
